Dr. Sudhir Sachar has been conferred with the Hony PhD in Radiodiagnosis for his significant reporting works of patients Radiological Investigations, teachings, research works & national and international Indexed Journal publications, delivering lectures for Radiologists, UG & PG students, public awareness, conducting national & international workshops for Radiologists, other contributions, patient care, etc in field of Radiology for last about 35 years.

Prof. Dr. Col. Sudhir Sachar through his Original Research brought out in medical diagnostic field a very significant Diagnostic Sign called Sachar Sundar Sign of Gall bladder wall showing on Ultrasonography the gross thickening & honeycombing - Diagnostic for DHE - Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with 98 % accuracy which is helping in the treatment of many patients.

He made our college proud through his glorious achievements.
